The NewRun Marathon course is totally flat and traverses the Newcastle Harbour and Foreshore four times. This course is AIMS certified. Staged from The Station (old Newcastle Railway Station) area of Newcastle, the atmosphere will be great as you complete each lap in front of a substantial crowd. We have set a 6 hour marathon limit due to road opening requirements, but can be flexible, as paths run parallel to the course.
